According to the Metro Register of Deeds Web site, 3258 BCP Associates LP, whose partners include John Coleman Hayes Jr. and Joe Arnold, sold the complex to Summit Parkwood Villa Apartments LP. Summit Parkwood is a subsidiary of Highmark Holdings, whose president in Joseph Torrence.
Nashville-based Debut Broadcasting is unloading three Mississippi radio stations as part of a restructuring effort.Chief Financial Officer Sariah Hopkins confirmed the company has entered into an agreement with Las Vegas-based Delta Radio to take over management of stations in Greenville and Leland, Miss., and also is in discussions with Delta Radio CEO Larry Fuss to turn over ownership, as well, for $300,000. Debut purchased the radio stations plus two others for $1.3 million in June 2007.

Nashvillians are about to learn what a hefty budget reduction across Metro government could look like, as Mayor Karl Dean is set to hold budget hearings with department heads over the next four days.The annual hearings come after Metro Finance Director Richard Riebeling in January asked departments to evaluate the effect of making a 7.5 percent reduction in their budgets.
